Nacogdoches Police Report - 4/28/08

CRIMINAL MISCHIEF: 900 BLOCK OF NORTH UNIVERSITY DRIVE. Two suspects were observed on property where they had been given a previous criminal trespass warning. Both suspects were gone on arrival, and warrants have been requested.

DWI-POSSESSION OF MARIJUANA: 1500 BLOCK OF NORTH STREET. A suspect was contacted on an intoxicated driver call. The driver was suspected of being intoxicated, and James Johnson was arrested. A passenger, Patrick Flanagan, threw out a baggie that contained suspected marijuana. He was also arrested.

DWI: 400 BLOCK OF LANE DRIVE. A suspect was involved in a one car accident. The driver was suspected of being intoxicated. The driver was taken to memorial hospital. A warrant will be requested pending test results.

ASSAULT: 3400 BLOCK OF SOUTH STREET. Complainant was involved in a disturbance with a known suspect. The suspect struck the complainant. The suspect was gone on arrival, a warrant has been requested.

THEFT: 4300 OLD TYLER ROAD. Complainant reported a purse and contents taken during a party. The purse contained identifying information and a small amount of cash, with an iPod and two pairs of sunglasses.
