Nacogdoches Police Report - 4/29/08

THEFT: 1600 BLOCK OF NORTH UNIVERSITY DRIVE. An unknown black male suspect entered the liquor store and removed a large bottle of liquor without paying for it.

TERRORISTIC THREAT: 1600 BLOCK OF DURST STREET. A juvenile threatened another juvenile. No charges filed.

CRIMINAL TRESPASS: 1700 BLOCK OF EAST STARR. Officers responded to several suspects fleeing from a constable. While officers were on scene, an apartment resident reported that an unknown male had entered the apartment and locked the complainant out. Jerry Thorn was located in the apartment and arrested.

BURGLARY OF A VEHICLE: 1600 BLOCK OF CARDINAL. A Panasonic stereo system was taken from a parked vehicle.

BURGLARY OF A VEHICLE: 1500 BLOCK OF EAST STARR. A Garmin navigational unit was reported stolen from a parked vehicle.

BURGLARY OF A VEHICLE: 200 BLOCK OF EAST HOSPITAL. A Sanyo cell phone was stolen from a parked vehicle.

BURGLARY OF A VEHICLE: 1600 BLOCK OF MARTINSVILLE. A Sony car stereo system was stolen from a parked vehicle.

THEFT: 2900 BLOCK OF SOUTH STREET. Complainant reported the theft of cash that was inside a safe. No signs of forced entry. Case under investigation.
