Funeral services for Kristen Casey Boles, 22, of Lufkin will be held Thursday, May 1, 2008 at 1:00 p.m. in the Carroway-Claybar Funeral Home Chapel with Reverend Steve Cowart and Reverend M.L. "Bud" Magee officiating. Interment will follow in the Gann Cemetery with Brother Raif Turner officiating.

Casey was born January 29, 1986 in Lufkin, Texas to Debbie (Stephens) and Bennie Boles, and died Monday, April 28, 2008 in a Dallas hospital, after a lifelong battle with kidney and liver diseases.

Casey was a lifetime resident of Lufkin and a 2005 graduate of Hudson High School. She loved playing golf, showing livestock, and singing for the Lord. Casey was a member of O'Quinn Baptist Church.

Survivors include her parents, Debbie and Bennie Boles of Lufkin; sister and brother-in-law, Lacey and Tony Mitchamore of Albuquerque, New Mexico; grandparents, Ray and Linda Stephens of Lufkin, Jeannine and Fred Phillips of Huntington and Burtis and Barbara Boles of Lufkin; great-grandparents, Dessie Stephens of Arlington and Louise Eddings of Lufkin; honorary grandparents, Carolyn and Jerry Whisenant of Lufkin; aunts and uncles, Kim and Michael Willbanks, Stefani and Chad Kersey, Bud and Kelli Boles, Bobby and Christina Boles and Jan and Tommy Miller; and numerous other relatives and friends.

Pallbearers will be Justin Matchett, Jake Matchett, Colton Boles, Jason Purke, Forrest Shoemaker, Cody Newton, Thomas Eddings and Justin Farr.

Memorial contributions may be made to O'Quinn Baptist Church, 7433 US Hwy 69 N, Pollok, Texas 75969.

The family will welcome friends and loved ones from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. Wednesday evening at the funeral home.
