Dempsey Signs Extension in England

Nacogdoches native Clint Dempsey has made the most of life long dream of playing professional soccer in Europe.  Dempsey will stay in England at least two more years.

Dempsey, who left Major League Soccer in 2006, for the English Premier League, has signed a two year contract extension with Fulham.  Dempsey leads the English club with six goals this season.

He'll also be a key contributor on the United State's National Team, as they play through World Cup qualifying.
