Matt Vaglica allegedly couldn't follow the rules a second time, so his bond has been revoked. The 23 year old Sour Lake man is back in jail waiting for his trial on four counts of intoxicated assault. Bond is denied. An ankle bracelet detected alcohol use and tampering. He was also spotted by a former sheriff's deputy in a bar-restaurant setting, a violation of the bond's terms. He'll stay in jail until a new trial that's currently scheduled for July. In January, Vaglica pleaded guilty to running into a reserve deputy's vehicle back in 2006. That incident injured four people, including the deputy's wife. Previously, Vaglica's bond was increased when the terms were violated. Vaglica pleaded guilty, but a mistrial was declared when the jury couldn't totally agree on his punishment.
