Lufkin Police Report - 5/21/08

ASSAULT:  2900 BLOCK OF S JOHN REDDITT.  Complainant reported that her boyfriend threatened to hit her in the face during an argument Tuesday.  The complainant declined to file charges.

THEFT:  800 BLOCK OF FRANK.  Complainant reported that her wedding ring was stolen from her home Tuesday morning.    

THEFT:  800 BLOCK OF S TIMBERLAND.  Complainant reported that a female ran out of a store without paying for several clothing items she was carrying Tuesday afternoon.

CRIMINAL MISCHIEF:  500 BLOCK OF S CHESTNUT.  Complainant reported that an unknown person scratched a profanity into the paint on her car Tuesday morning.

THEFT:  3000 BLOCK OF S JOHN REDDITT.  Complainant reported that a known suspect rented a video game and pawned it.

BURGLARY/VEHICLE:  300 BLOCK OF S MEDFORD DR.  Complainant reported that two vehicles were broken in Monday night.  A wallet and stereo was stolen from one vehicle and the stereo was removed from the dash of a second vehicle and damaged.  The suspect also damaged the second vehicle by knocking out the headlights, knocking off a door handle and damaging the trunk and rear fenders.

CRIMINAL MISCHIEF:  1500 BLOCK OF COPELAND ST.  Complainant reported that all four tires on his car were cut Monday night.

SEX OFFENSES/OTHER:  Complainant reported that two minor females engaged in sex acts with two adult males Tuesday.
