Energy Conservation

Oncor has been going around the state teaching people how to go green and save money.  Today they made a stop in Lufkin where they taught East Texans how to manage their electricity bills and keep money in their wallets.  They explained how unplugging appliances when they aren't being used and keeping the thermostat at 78 degrees are just a few ways to lower your electric bill.  They also demonstrated new technology that allows people to monitor their usage in between billings to figure out what uses more electricity so that you can cut down on those habits.  The company explained that by doing these things consumers could save 10, 20, 30 dollars or more on each bill.
