Long John Silver's on South Timberland got 11 demerits for no proper food handler's certification. The walls and baseboards in the storage room needed to be replaced. Hot water needed to be repaired in the men's restroom.
Little Caesar's Pizza on W. Frank also got 11 demerits. They too did not have proper food handler's certification. The food in the coolers was stored on the floor and the prep and walk in cooler needed thermometers.
The Taqueria El Jalapeno (mobile) on Prague received 7 demerits. They did not have proper food handler's certification. Also, there needed an insect proof screen.
Congratulations to the following, Sam's Club Grocery, Bakery, Rotisserie, Meat Market, and Cafe, Cherry's Grocery, Kmart Grocery,and Jack and Jill Daycare they all received zero demerits for this week.

A female juvenile who has been missing from Shreveport, LA since Dec.19, 2016, turned herself into the Shelby County Sheriff's Office Saturday morning. According to Shelby County Sheriff Willis Blackwell, around 10:47 a.m. Natalyia Theresa Rogers entered the SCSO and spoke with Deputy Peter Davis.
