Lufkin Police Report - 6/10/08

CRIMINAL MISCHIEF: 200 BLOCK OF N WARREN. Complainant reported that someone in a passing car threw a rock and broke out the back window of his vehicle around 3:47am Tuesday morning.  The suspects were located and identified and no charges were filed when they agreed to pay for damages.

FRAUD: 700 BLOCK OF RICKS RD. Complainant reported that she received a bill for cable services that she didn't have or order.  The cable company couldn't find a work order under her name and didn't know who opened the account.

ASSAULT/AGGRAVATED: 300 BLOCK OF GROESBECK. Complainant reported that a known suspect pulled a knife on her husband during a confrontation Monday evening.  No one was injured.

CRIMINAL TRESPASS: 2300 BLOCK OF NORTHWOOD. Complainant reported that a known suspect came into her residence without permission Monday evening.

THEFT: 2500 BLOCK OF DANIEL MCCALL. Complainant reported that she left her wallet at the register and left the store Sunday afternoon.  When she called back later to check, the wallet had not been turned in.

CRIMINAL MISCHIEF: 700 BLOCK OF ALLENDALE. Complainant reported that her mailbox was damaged Friday night.

THEFT/FELONY: 800 BLOCK OF TIMBERLAND. Complainant reported that his laptop computer was stolen Monday afternoon from where he was working in a store.  The computer was turned in to a clerk at another store in Lufkin a short time later as found property and returned to the owner.

FORGERY/COUNTERFEITING: 300 BLOCK OF FIFTH. Complainant reported that a known suspect forged his name on a car title and changed ownership to her name.

DEBIT CARD ABUSE: 2500 BLOCK OF W FRANK AV. Complainant reported that an unknown person made several unauthorized purchases using the complainant's debit card number.

INDECENCY WITH A CHILD: 300 BLOCK OF SHEPHERD. Complainant reported that her 14 year old daughter was touched inappropriately by an unknown male suspect at a movie theater Sunday evening who also exposed himself to the teenager.

ASSAULT: 600 BLOCK OF N TIMBERLAND. Complainant reported that she was shoved down and hit by a known male suspect during an argument Sunday.  Complainant had visible scrapes and bruising.

CRIMINAL MISCHIEF: 700 BLOCK OF S TIMBERLAND DR. Complainant reported that graffiti was spray painted on the side of a business Sunday night.

ASSAULT/C: 200 BLOCK OF S FIRST ST. Complainant reported that her husband grabbed her by the arm and threatened to assault her during an argument Monday morning.
