Nacogdoches Police Report - 6/10/08

FORGERY: 200 BLOCK OF EAST MAIN. Complainant reported that a known suspect had written a check and signed complainant's name on it without permission.

THEFT: 4900 BLOCK OF SOUTH STREET. Complainant reported that a maroon Dodge dually truck bed was taken over the past week without permission.

AGGRAVATED ASSAULT-INTERFERRENCE WITH PUBLIC DUTIES: 1200 BLOCK OF WOODBINE STREET. Officers were called to a disturbance where the suspect was threatening another with a knife. Officers arrived and attempted to arrest the suspect and he resisted. Luis Fernando Flores was arrested. Anna Laura Jaramillo ran at officers and attempted to interfere with the arrest. She was arrested also.

THEFT: 200 BLOCK OF ELLINGTON. Unknown suspects removed a couch and a coffee table from a carport without permission.

FAILED TO ID: 1400 BLOCK OF SOUTH UNIVERSITY DRIVE. Tomas Hernandez was stopped or traffic and gave officers a false ID card. He was arrested.

CRIMINAL TRESPASS: 1600 BLOCK OF CARDINAL. Suspect refused to leave an apartment when told to do so during a disturbance. Jasmine Dickson was arrested.

DWI: 1400 BLOCK OF NORTH STREET. Suspect was stopped for speeding and appeared to be intoxicated. Tamara Strong was arrested.

DWLI: 3100 NORTH UNIVERSITY DRIVE. Suspect was stopped for traffic violation and found to have a suspended driver's license with prior convictions. Tony Ware was arrested.

POSSESSION OF A CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE: 4100 BLOCK OF OLD TYLER ROAD. Frankie McCarty was stopped for a traffic violation. An amount of suspected crack cocaine was located and he was arrested.

CRIMINAL TRESPASS: 600 BLOCK OF BEARD STREET. A known suspect forcibly entered a residence and fled when discovered by occupant. Warrant requested.

DEADLY CONDUCT: 200 BLOCK OF EAST LAKEWOOD. During a disturbance; a suspect threatened to run over another with a vehicle.
