Lufkin Police Report - 6/12/08

FORGERY/COUNTERFEITING:  309 LAZY OAKS.  Complainant reported that a known suspect asked to exchange two $10 bills for a $20 bill.  The complainant made the exchange and later learned she had been given two counterfeit $10 bills by the suspect.     

BURGLARY:  600 BLOCK OF WINDSOR.  Complainant reported that the stereo and a wallet were stolen out of his unlocked pickup Wednesday evening.

ASSAULT:  600 BLOCK OF EVERETT.  Complainant reported that her sister-in-law hit her in the mouth during an argument Tuesday evening.  Complainant had visibly injury to the mouth.

TERRORISTIC THREAT:  900 BLOCK OF MARK.  Complainant reported that she was threatened by a known suspect during a phone conversation Wednesday afternoon.

HARASSMENT:  900 BLOCK OF WESTBURY.  Complainant reported that he received a threatening phone call Wednesday morning from a known suspect.

CRIMINAL MISCHIEF:  330 BLOCK OF LOTUS.  Complainant reported that an unknown person sprayed red paint on his car and scratched the car's paint Tuesday night.

CRIMINAL MISCHIEF:  600 BLOCK OF HACKNEY.  Complainant reported that a window on his home was shot out with a BB or pellet gun Wednesday. 

HARASSMENT: 300 SOUTH JOHN REDDITT.  Complainant reported that she received several threatening and harassing phone calls from a known suspect Wednesday.
