An Angelina County man remains behind bars tonight after being charged with 2 counts of attempted capital murder. Bond has been set at 300,000 dollars for Loyde Waggoner . On Friday deputies responded to a call in Hudson and when they arrived they found two women with severe head injuries who had been tied up, and beaten. One of the women is a Lufkin state school resident, who was temporarily staying with her aunt. The suspect fled the scene in one of the victim's cars and was spotted driving the vehicle near the home. Officers pursued him, and Waggoner rolled the car. The sheriff's office said he could be facing more charges. One of the victims is now in stable condition the condition of the second victim is unknown.
