Lufkin Police Report - 6/30/08

CRIMINAL MISCHIEF:  500 BLOCK OF N CHESTNUT.  Complainant reported that a known suspect threw rocks through three windows and kicked in the front door of her residence during a disturbance Monday morning.

CRIMINAL MISCHIEF:  1100 BLOCK OF ANNETTE ST.  Complainant reported that an unknown person threw a beer bottle that broke the back window of his truck out sometime Sunday evening.

ASSAULT:  PERSHING.  Complainant reported that a known suspect threatened her with bodily harm during a disturbance Sunday.

BURGLARY/HABITATION:  100 BLOCK OF MARGARET.  Complainant reported that her estranged husband used a key to come into her home and remove some of their son's clothing.

THEFT:  3500 BLOCK OF N JOHN REDDITT.  Complainant reported that he let a friend borrow his truck Saturday night and when the truck was returned several items were missing.  Complainant said he didn't know the friend's name but two work lights, a battery charger and several CD's were missing from the pickup.

BURGLARY/VEHICLE:  3300 BLOCK OF LOTUS LN.  Complainant reported that an IPOD, a pistol, a radar detector and a CD player were stolen from his unlocked pickup Saturday night.

FRAUD:  900 BLOCK OF MCGREGOR ST.  Complainant reported unauthorized transactions on his credit card made by an unknown person.

BURGLARY:  430 ATKINSON.  Complainant reported that a cash register was stolen during a burglary that occurred sometime Sunday morning.
