Nacogdoches Police Report - 7/07/08

THEFT: 200 BLOCK OF WEST CALIFORNIA. Complainant reported that someone had stolen a junk 1990 red Chevy Lumina.

BURGLARY OF A VEHICLE: 3000 BLOCK OF NORTH STREET. Complainant reported a purse stolen out of a locked vehicle.

THEFT: 1600 BLOCK OF CARDINAL. Complainant reported that two flat screen TVs and a radio/CD player was stolen from inside a building.

EVADING ARREST: SW STALLINGS DRIVE. Officers attempted to stop a vehicle involved in a theft. The vehicle refused to stop and was pursued to Wells Street. The driver fled on foot.

FORGERY: 1000 BLOCK OF DOUGLASS. Complainant reported receiving a counterfeit $20.00 bill in payment for a delivery.

VIOLATION OF A PROTECTIVE ORDER: 1000 BLOCK OF SW STALLINGS DRIVE. Efrin Estrada went to a residence in violation of a protective order. He was arrested.

ASSAULT: 3100 BLOCK OF EJ CAMPBELL. Complainant reported that a known suspect physically assaulted her and jerked the phone away when she attempted to call 911. Warrant requested.

ASSAULT: 1600 BLOCK OF JOHN STREET. Complainant was at memorial being treated after being struck with an unknown object. Complainant refused to tell officers the situation.

ASSAULT-INTERFERENCE WITH A 911 CALL: 3400 BLOCK  OF EAST MAIN. Complainant reported that a known suspect assaulted her and slapped the cell phone from her hand when she attempted to call 911. Warrant requested.

AGGRAVATED ASSAULT: 3400 BLOCK OF CENTER HIGHWAY. Complainant was at a local hospital being treated for a laceration to the head. Complainant stated that he was parked in the 3400 block of Center Highway when he was approached by 4 white males and 2 white females, who called the complainant by name. One male suspect produced a pistol and struck the victim in the head. Complainant then went to the hospital for treatment.
