Nacogdoches Police Report - 7/08/08

INTERFERENCE WITH 9-1-1- CALL: 200 BLOCK OF SW STALLINGS DRIVE. Two individuals became involved in an argument while driving around talking. One of the participants tried to call 9-1-1 and the other destroyed the cell phone. The suspect then got out of the car and left. Warrant requested.

VIOLATION OF A PROTECTIVE ORDER-ASSAULT: 300 BLOCK OF ELLINGTON. The suspect slapped the victim during a disturbance. When police arrived, the suspect was arrested for a violation of a protective order. The victim did not wish to pursue the assault charge. Kevin McDaniel was arrested.

BURGLARY OF A VEHICLE: 1900 BLOCK OF SW STALLINGS DRIVE. Officers were investigating suspicious activity and observed a suspect taking a gas can from a vehicle. The suspect fled into the woods and officers were unable to locate him. Investigation underway.

BURGLARY OF A HABITATION: 600 BLOCK OF MARGARET DRIVE. Complainant reported a window broken on a residence and a Insigma 32" TV stolen.

TERRORISTIC THREAT: 2200 BLOCK OF LOLA STREET. A known suspect threatened the complainant with bodily harm. Warrant requested.

AGGRAVATED ASSAULT-CRIMINAL MISCHIEF: 100 BLOCK OF KENT STREET. During a disturbance, a known suspect broke the window out of a residence and threatened the complainant with a knife. Warrant requested.

BURGLARY OF A VEHICLE: 5200 BLOCK OF NORTH UNIVERSITY DRIVE. A window was broken on a parked vehicle and a stereo system was taken.

BURGLARY OF A VEHICLE: 400 BLOCK OF STEEN DRIVE. Complainant reported that unknown suspects had entered his vehicle and removed a bank bag that contained a check and some vehicle titles.

POSSESSION OF MARIJUANA: 300 BLOCK OF EAST MAIN. Suspect was stopped on traffic. Officers smelled the strong odor of burning marijuana. Officers located suspected marijuana in the vehicle and Clayton Hale was arrested.
