CRIMINAL MISCHIEF: 400 Block ZOO. Officers responding to a burglar alarm at 12:30am Tuesday found that a window had been pried open but no apparent entry to the building. Nothing was taken.
ROBBERY/AGGRAVATED: 200 Block PERRY. Complainant reported that he was charged by a man holding something in his hand during an apparent attempted robbery at 9:50pm Monday. The complainant had delivered a pizza to a nearby house when a man got out of a full-sized dark colored car parked on the street and ran at the complainant, screaming and holding what appeared to be a handgun in his hand. The complainant fled in his car and nothing was stolen and no one was injured.
CRIMINAL MISCHIEF: 700 Block S TIMBERLAND. Complainant reported that a section of water supply pipe and a cut-off valve were cut away and stolen from behind a business sometime Friday night.
CRIMINAL MISCHIEF: 2800 Block SPENCE. Complainant reported that all four tires on his car were slashed while it was parked at his workplace Monday.
ASSAULT: 4600 Block S MEDFORD. Complainant reported that she was assaulted by two known suspects Friday night. Complainant had no visible injuries.
ASSAULT/C: 100 Block S TIMBERLAND. Complainant reported that his ex-girlfriend followed him into a restaurant and yelled and cursed at him Monday afternoon. Complainant reported that she also sprayed him in the face with Windex and threw the bottle at him during the disturbance.
THEFT/ B: 400 Block BRENTWOOD. Complainant reported that three men walked out of a store with a television and a DVD player without paying for them items Monday afternoon. The reporting officer viewed surveillance pictures and recognized two of the men. The third man was later identified when he was found walking on S. First St. several hours later. Charges are pending.
HARASSMENT: 2400 Block DAVISVILLE. Complainant reported receiving dozens of unwanted and harassing phone calls and text messages from a former boyfriend after their breakup.
BURGLARY/VEHICLE: 1600 Block TULANE. Complainant reported that her car was entered and cash, a cell phone and possibly some checks were stolen Monday morning. Complainant think she may have left her car unlocked, there was no sign of forced entry.
BURGLARY/BUILDING: 700 Block TRENTON ST. Complainant reported that a portable building was broken into over the weekend and a wall-mount telephone was stolen.
