Nacogdoches Police Report - 7/15/08

ASSAULT: 2700 BLOCK OF SULLIVAN DRIVE. During a disturbance a known suspect pushed a female victim. No injuries and no charges were filed.

CRIMINAL MISCHIEF: 2300 BLOCK OF PEARL. An unknown suspect punctured two tires on a parked vehicle.

THEFT: 3600 BLOCK OF SOUTH STREET. Complainant reported that a small amount of cash was missing from the daily receipts.

BURGLARY OF A HABITATION-TAMPERING WITH EVIDENCE: 1500 BLOCK OF PEARL. Suspects were observed taking items from an apartment and putting them inside another. Officers located the stolen property inside the apartment. Officers arrested Kiara Raindle, Iyeshia Grigsby, Michael Pleasant, and Kiaro Mcdonald.

IDENTITY THEFT: 1400 BLOCK OF A STREET. Complainant reported that a known suspect had opened a tv cable and telephone account in his name without permission.

THEFT OF SERVICE: 2200 BLOCK OF NORTH STREET. Complainant reported building a website for a known suspect who has not paid for it.

THEFT: 3807 NORTH STREET. An unknown suspect entered the holiday inn and removed the lobby computer.

RECOVERED PROPERTY; 2100 BLOCK OF DURST STREET. A motorcycle was recovered in the woods. It had been reported stolen earlier.

ASSAULT: 600 BLOCK OF OAKHILL PLAZA. Complainant reported that a known suspect had thrown a bowl of cereal on her during a disturbance. The suspect gone on arrival.

POSSESSION OF MARIJUANA: 3400 BLOCK OF EAST MAIN. Suspect was contacted for suspicious activity. Officers located suspected marijuana on his person. Dewayne Owens was arrested.

AGGRAVATED ASSAULT-CRIMINAL MISCHIEF: 4600 BLOCK OF NORTH STREET. A known suspect threatened another with a knife. The suspect then stabbed a tire on the complainant's vehicle.
