SEXUAL ASSAULT: 312 WEST MAIN STREET. Complainant reported being at a local club when she accompanied a known suspect outside and he forced her to have sexual relations with him. Case is under investigation.
DEATH OF A PERSON: 3600 BLOCK OF NORTH PECAN. A 94 year old female passed away in her home. No apparent signs of foul play.
INDECENCY WITH A CHILD: Complainant reported being outside when approached by two unknown male suspects. The suspects touched the 16 year old female victim in a sexual manner. Victim stated that she was able to escape and run. Case is under investigation.
IDENTITY THEFT: 500 BLOCK OF SHADY LANE. Complainant reported that a suspect had used his social security number to open a cell phone account.
BURGLARY OF A VEHICLE: 1600 BLOCK OF NORTH STREET. Complainant reported a vehicle entered by breaking a window. The stereo was stolen from the vehicle.
RECOVERED PROPERTY: 200 BLOCK OF BURROWS. Complainant reported finding a red, silver and black next bicycle on his property.
CREDIT CARD ABUSE: 500 BLOCK OF EAST MAIN STREET. Complainant reported the unauthorized use of a debit card to make purchases.
THEFT: 2100 BLOCK OF BANITA STREET. Complainant lost her purse. A suspect called the complainant and told her that she would bring the purse to the police station. The suspect never arrived.
CREDIT CARD ABUSE: 312 WEST MAIN. Complainant reported that her credit card had been used in several locations without permission.
THEFT: 1000 BLOCK OF NORTH UNIVERSITY DRIVE. Complainant reported the theft of $53.00 in gasoline.
EVADING ARREST: 1600 BLOCK OF GREER STREET. Officer contacted a suspicious person. The suspect refused to stop and fled on foot. He was pursued and captured on Timberlake Street. Joe Pugh was arrested.
