Lufkin Police Report - 7/21/08

ASSAULT/A: 1800 BLOCK OF SAYERS ST. Complainant reported that her boyfriend hit her in the face and neck several times Friday evening.  The complainant had visible bruising and reported back and neck pain from the assault.

CREDIT CARD ABUSE: 700 BLOCK OF S TIMBERLAND DR. Complainant reported that her vehicle was broken into Saturday night and her purse and several other items were stolen.  When the complainant called her credit card companies to cancel the cards two of the cards had already been used at service stations in Lufkin.

CRIMINAL MISCHIEF: 2700 BLOCK OF PAUL ST. Complainant reported that unknown persons had entered a vacant house and broke several windows on the house.

ASSAULT/A: 2500 BLOCK OF DANIEL MCCALL. Complainant reported that he was assaulted by two known suspects early Sunday morning.  Complainant had no visible injuries but complained of pain to his back.

THEFT/C: 100 BLOCK OF N FIRST ST. Complainant reported that a basketball was stolen from outside his apartment sometime over the weekend.
