Nacogdoches Man Pleads "Not Guilty" on Charges Connected to Alleged Investment Fraud

George Hudgins, who is accused of defrauding investors through the operation of a commodity pool, pleaded not guilty today in Federal Court in Lufkin.

The charges that Hudgins pleaded not guilty to are Alleged wire fraud, embezzlement, and money laundering.

Hudgins is free on a $50,000 unsecured bond.

Jury selection will be November 15th in Beaumont.
