Traffic stop ends with man in jail and cocaine recovered

NACOGDOCHES, TX (KTRE) - What started as a routine traffic stop ended with a Nacogdoches man in jail and the recovery of a large amount of suspected powder cocaine.

Officers stopped a vehicle Friday afternoon in the 3000 block of North University Drive.  Officials say the driver was acting extremely nervous, and officers could see a large bulge in the driver's front pants pocket of what turned out to be suspected cocaine.

Arrested was Aubrey Dionyell Lacy of Nacogdoches.

He is charged with Delivery of a Controlled Substance.

The suspected cocaine has a street value of approximately $28,000
