Angelina County deputies made a routine traffic stop around midnight Monday that resulted in finding almost two ounces of cocaine.
According to Lt. Pete Cooper, deputies stopped Christopher Williams for speeding and no license plate light. Cooper says deputies could smell an odor of marijuana coming from the car.
A search of the vehicle led deputies to the discovery of about one and a half ounces of cocaine located in a diaper bag.
A mall amount of marijuana was discovered in the suspect's pocket as well.
Williams was arrested and charged with possession of a controlled substance.
