Hudson baby full autopsy shows multiple injuries caused death

HUDSON, TX (KTRE) - The full medical examiner's report shows the toddler from Hudson died from blunt force trauma to several parts of his body.

Ian Wesley Landers, 2, died September 21st in a Houston hospital.

Last month the medical examiner did rule the death a homicide, but had not released the full report showing how he died until now.

It says Landers had injuries all over his body, including trauma to the brain, lower limbs, and even his elbows.

The Angelina County District Attorney and the Hudson Police Department are still investigating the crime to see who was with the child when these injuries happened.

The autopsy also lists the child's previous two hospital visits in august of last year.

At this time, no suspects have been charged with Lander's death.
