Nacogdoches Police Report - 8/13/08

BURGLARY OF A BUILDING: 3200 BLOCK OF NORTH PECAN. Six storage units were entered after the suspects cut the fence to gain entry. Large rugs, a large amount of DVDs and a player were among the items missing.

BURGLARY OF A BUILDING: 1900 BLOCK OF DOUGLASSS ROAD. Suspects threw a rock through the glass door of a store. Several cartons of cigarettes and cigars were taken.

POSSESSION OF A DANGEROUS DRUG-POSSESSION OF MARIJUANA: 3000 BLOCK OF NORTH PECAN. Officers stopped a suspicious vehicle. David F Close was found to be in possession of suspected marijuana and prescription medication.

BURGLARY OF A VEHICLE: 800 BLOCK OF TEXAS OAK. The window of a vehicle was broken out and a wallet, camera, CD player, IPod were taken.

ASSAULT: 4100 BLOCK OF NORTH STREET. Complainant reported that a known suspect punched the complainant twice during a disturbance. Warrant requested.

THEFT: 1100 BLOCK OF NORTH UNIVERSITY DRIVE. Complainant reported the theft of polo shirts on august 8th. Investigation underway.
