Nacogdoches Police Report - 8/14/08

ASSAULT: 300 BLOCK OF ELLINGTON. The complainant reported being pushed down by a known suspect. Warrant requested.

THEFT OF A FIREARM: 3800 BLOCK OF SOUTH STREET. Complainant reported an Ipod and a pistol stolen from a pickup overnight.

HIT AND RUN: 3000 BLOCK OF NORTH UNIVERSITY DRIVE. Unknown suspect struck complainant's vehicle while parked. The suspect vehicle left the scene.

BURGLARY OF A VEHICLE: 4200 BLOCK OF RAGUET STREET. A black cd case was taken from an unsecured vehicle over the past 48 hours.

THEFT: 1100 BLOCK OF NORTH UNIVERSITY DRIVE. Offficers were dispatched to the mall in reference to shoplifters. The suspects were observed running across university drive. Jasmine Johnson was arrested along with two juvenile females.

THEFT: 800 BLOCK OF FIRST STREET. Complainant reported stopping and talking to an individual on a bicycle. Complainant had $16.00 in hand. The suspect on the bicycle grabbed the money and fled.

HARASSMENT: 1400 BLOCK OF "A" STREET. Complainant reported that a known suspect continues to telephone after being told not to do so.

BURGLARY OF A HABITATION: 3300 BLOCK OF DURST STREET. A small amount of cash and a black bag was reported missing from a residence.

ASSAULT: 100 BLOCK OF MITCHELL STREET. Complainant was physically assaulted by a known suspect during a disturbance. Complainant sustained minor injuries and a warrant has been requested.

ASSAULT: 2800 BLOCK OF PEARL. Complainant was pushed down by a known suspect during a disturbance. No injuries and complainant does not wish to file charges.
