BURGLARY OF A HABITATION: 1400 BLOCK OF MARTINSVILLE. Complainant reported his door forced open and a 42 inch plasma tv, Xbox, Play Station, printer and related items missing.

ASSAULT: 3700 BLOCK OF COLONIAL. Two individuals were involved in a dispute. Both assaulted each other. They were separated and no charges were filed.

POSSESSION OF MARIJUANA: 200 BLOCK OF MACKECHNEY. Officer approached a suspect for a traffic violation as the suspect was leaving his vehicle. Officer observed the suspect throw an object to the ground, which was a plastic bag containing suspected marijuana. John Wyatt was arrested.

DWI: 1500 BLOCK OF CARDINAL. Travis brown was stopped for a traffic violation and was suspected of being intoxicated. He was arrested.

ENGAGING IN CRIMINAL ACTIVITY: 2800 BLOCK OF RAGUET STREET. A complainant was assaulted in the street by several male suspects. The victim sustained a broken nose and possible broken rib. Investigation underway.

CRIMINAL MISCHIEF: 2800 BLOCK OF NORTH STREET. Unknown suspects threw a brick through a glass door. Nothing missing.

THEFT: 300 BLOCK OF ROSE LAKE. An air compressor, a saddle, and two welding machines were reported missing from a barn.

CREDIT CARD ABUSE: 312 WEST MAIN. Complainant reported a credit card used to make unauthorized purchases.

BURGLARY OF A VEHICLE: 1000 BLOCK OF NORTH UNIVERSITY DRIVE. Unknown suspect removed a wallet from an unsecured vehicle.

THEFT: 4100 BLOCK OF NORTH STREET. Complainant reported that a known suspect had stolen a cell phone.

THEFT: 700 BLOCK OF OLD TYLER ROAD. Complainant reported the theft of a hot water heater, a stove, and an air conditioner from rental property.
