Nacogdoches Police Report - 8/21/08

CRIMINAL MISCHIEF: 3700 BLOCK OF OLA STREET. A large rock was used to break out a vehicle window.

BURGLARY OF A BUILDING: 200 BLOCK OF WEST AUSTIN STREET. A window unit and four gallons of paint are missing from an unoccupied residence.

IDENTITY THEFT: 3000 BLOCK OF NORTH UNIVERSITY DRIVE. Complainant reported that their identity was used to make an unauthorized transaction through western union.

ASSAULT: 3400 BLOCK OF EAST MAIN. Complainant stated that during an argument, a known suspect slapped her. The suspect, Dearon Hodge, was arrested.

FAILURE TO IDENTIFY: 900 BLOCK OF FIRST STREET. Suspect was stopped and gave officers a fictitious name. Officers discovered that the suspect had an outstanding warrant for assault. Lorenzo Sexton was arrested.

ROBBERY: 3325 SOUTH STREET (CHEVRON). Unknown suspect entered the store and implied that he had a weapon. Suspect fled with an undetermined amount of cash. Suspect is described as a black male, 5'8" tall, wearing sunglasses.
