Capital murder suspect released from hospital

LUFKIN, TX (KTRE) - After being in the hospital for two weeks, the alleged shooter in the Catfish King robbery and murder is now behind bars.

Brian Womack is believed to have suffered a gun shot wound during the robbery last month. He is now facing charges of capital murder.

During the robbery, restaurant manager Katherine Jeffreys was injured, and her companion Keith Labrozzi was shot and killed.

Womack's bond has been set at $2,175,000. Robert Buschman and Jerred Berwick, who are believed to have planned the robbery with Womack, are already in jail. Buschman's bond is set at $1,128,000, and Berwick's bond is set at $1,125,000.
