Lufkin's Dez Bryant is turning into the Big 12's best receiver.  Bryant was named the conference's offensive player of the week after scoring four touchdowns against Houston on Saturday.  Bryant caught nine passes for 236 yards.  The sophomore also returned a punt 71 yards for a touchdown.
