Nacogdoches Police Report - 9/15/08

THEFT: 2500 BLOCK OF APPLEBY SAND. A resident of a shelter reported that unknown suspects removed a small amount of cash from luggage.

ASSAULT: 100 BLOCK OF OAKHILL PLAZA. Complainant reported being struck in the face and bitten by a black male suspect. The victim refused to give further information.

BURGLARY OF A HABITATION: 200 BLOCK OF BURROWS. Complainant reported that his residence was entered and several guns taken. Six rifles, a shotgun and a pistol were taken.

AGGRAVATED ASSAULT: 1300 BLOCK OF DOUGLASS HIGHWAY. Complainant reported being assaulted by two known suspects at a residence during a disturbance. Complainant suffered lacerations and bruising to the upper torso.

BURGLARY OF A VEHICLE: 300 BLOCK OF LENWOOD. Two vehicles were entered by two Hispanic males. Investigation underway.

BURGLARY OF A HABITATION: 300 BLOCK OF BURROWS. During the storm, a door was found open on a residence and 10-15 guns were removed from the residence. Another residence in the neighborhood was also burglarized.

BURGLARY OF A BUILDING: 3300 BLOCK OF NORTH STREET, SZECHUANS. Officers responded during the storm to an alarm. Suspects broke a rear window and entered and stole a bottle of whiskey.

CRIMINAL MISCHIEF: 700 BLOCK OF LAND DRIVE. A known suspect threw a brick through complainant's vehicle window.

DISORDERLY CONDUCT-RESISTING ARREST: 800 BLOCK OF MOORE. Officers responded to a large fight. Eugene Bolden Jr. was observed attempting to hit another person. He was arrested and struggled with officers.

UNLAWFUL CARRYING OF A WEAPON-DEADLY CONDUCT: 1400 BLOCK OF DOUGLASS ROAD. Christopher Castro was arrested after firing off a gun. He was found to be in possession of a pistol.

ASSAULT: 300 BLOCK OF ELLINGTON. Jonathan Cornwall assaulted a female during a disturbance. He was arrested.

FURNISHING ALCOHOL TO A MINOR: 1600 BLOCK OF CARDINAL. Josiah Jennings was arrested after officers located minors drinking inside his apartment.

BURGLARY OF A BUILDING: 1100 BLOCK OF SOUTH UNIVERSITY DRIVE. The window of a store was broken out and some cigars were taken.

ASSAULT: 3400 BLOCK OF EAST MAIN. A known suspect pushed the victim down on a couch. A warrant has been requested.

BURGLARY OF A BUILDING: 1300 BLOCK OF SOUTH STREET. Unknown suspects broke out a glass window and took some cigars.

BURGLARY OF A HABITATION: 3000 BLOCK OF NORTH PECAN. Suspect entered a residence and stole some electronic equipment.

BURGLARY OF A BUILDING: 1100 BLOCK OF SOUTH UNIVERSITY. A window was broken out and sunglasses, cigars and some change was taken. Investigation underway.
