BURGLARY/HABITATION: 900 BLOCK OF PERSIMMON. Complainant reported that an unknown male suspect broke into her garage early Wednesday morning and stole a 5 gallon can of gasoline.
CRIMINAL MISCHIEF: 1300 BLOCK OF N TIMBERLAND. Complainant reported that the front window of a business was broken out by unknown means Wednesday night.
STALKING: 2400 BLOCK OF S FIRST. Complainant reported that a known suspect followed him in his car on two different occasions Tuesday. The two have a history of problems between them.
ASSAULT/A: 700 BLOCK OF HOMER ST. A fifteen year old girl reported that she was assaulted by an adult female evacuee after having a disturbance with some children from a church shelter Tuesday. The girl received minor cuts and redness to her face. The female suspect left the scene before police arrived.
DISTURBANCE/DOMESTIC: 1000 BLOCK OF JONES. Complainant reported that her former boyfriend shoved her down during an argument Tuesday afternoon, causing pain to her shoulder, hand and knee.
ASSAULT/C: 600 BLOCK OF LOCKE ST. Complainant reported that a known suspect slapped her during an argument Tuesday morning.
THEFT: 700 BLOCK OF LUBBOCK. Complainant reported that her laptop computer and eye glasses were stolen over the weekend from one of the evacuee shelters.
ASSAULT: 800 BLOCK OF SHIREY. Complainant reported that a houseguest slapped the complainant's 21 month old child Tuesday afternoon. The child had no visible injury.
FORGERY/COUNTERFEITING: 200 BLOCK OF S FIRST ST. Complainant reported that a known suspect stole and forged one of his checks.
BURGLARY/HABITATION: 2600 BLOCK OF JIMMIE. Complainant reported that a house was broken into during the past four days and the wiring was pulled from the house, causing substantial damage to the walls as the wiring was pulled out through the sheetrock.
BURGLARY/HABITATION: 400 BLOCK OF ADAMS ST. Complainant reported that a known suspect broke into his house during the past month while he was away and stole a bed, a refrigerator and two books of checks.
THEFT/FELONY: 300 BLOCK OF TIMBERLAND. Complainant reported that two of his credit cards were stolen from his wallet Monday after he went to a nightclub and later passed out on a sidewalk.
BURGLARY: 800 BLOCK OF JOHNSON. Complainant reported that her home was broken into Monday night and several places had been rummaged through but nothing was noted to have been stolen.
The missing person Steven Evans listed on yesterday's media report has been located in Walker County, Texas. He was found safe and his family is en route to get him. Our thanks to the media outlets who helped get the word out on Mr. Evans.
