Lufkin Police Report - 9/19/08

ROBBERY/AGGRAVATED: 3200 BLOCK OF OLD UNION. Complainant reported that he was robbed at gunpoint by two men around 4am Friday.  The complainant said he was walking home from a store and a maroon car stopped behind and two men got out.  One hit him and as they fought the other pulled a gun and demanded that he empty his pockets.  They stole some money and a pack of cigarettes and drove off.

DISTURBANCE/DOMESTIC: 2500 BLOCK OF DANIEL MCCALL. Complainant reported that a known suspect came to his work place Thursday night and shoved him, hit him in the face and choked him.

ASSAULT/AGGRAVATED: 700 BLOCK OF RAGUET. Complainant reported that her former boyfriend hit her and pulled a knife on her during an argument Thursday afternoon.

BURGLARY/BUILDING: 400 BLOCK OF N TIMBERLAND DR. Complainant reported that a business was broken into and some cash was stolen Wednesday night.

CRIMINAL MISCHIEF: 600 BLOCK OF LUBBOCK ST. Complainant reported that the fence to her rental property was knocked over Tuesday or Wednesday.

CRIMINAL MISCHIEF: 2900 BLOCK OF S JOHN REDDITT. Complainant reported that the door jamb on his front door was damaged sometime this week as if it had been pried on.

ASSAULT/A: 1900 BLOCK OF W FRANK. Complainant reported that he was hit in the head by a known suspect Thursday morning.  The complainant had a minor injury to his ear.

THEFT/FELONY: 1800 BLOCK OF SAYERS. Complainant reported that a bank of mailboxes at an apartment complex was broken into Thursday morning and an undetermined amount of mail was stolen.

ASSAULT/A: 200 BLOCK OF EVERETT ST. Two men reported the other assaulted them during a disturbance Wednesday evening.  One man had a busted lip and the other had no injuries listed in the report.
