Spicy beef dish from the new restaurant in Longview, Mi Casita right in front of Longview Lanes.
Picadillo:
Ingredients
4lbs. beef
4 piblano
4 jalapeno
2 onion
20 cloves of garlic
2 diced potato
2 tsp salt
1.5 tsp cumin
1.5 tsp oreagano
1 tsp cayanne
2 tsp chili powder
Directions
Brown beef on medium high heat. When beef is almost fully cooked add all spices, garlic and peppers. Cook 10 minutes, add potatoes then cook on low for another 30 minutes. Stir occasionally. Check seasonings, serve on warm tortillas with hot sauce of your choice.
