Lufkin Police Report - 9/30/08

CREDIT CARD ABUSE: 100 BLOCK OF MILES RD. Complainant reported that she left her purse in a theater Sunday night.  When she retrieved it Monday a small amount of cash and a credit card were missing from the purse.  The credit card has already been used at least once.

BURGLARY/HABITATION: 100 BLOCK OF CHAMPIONS. Complainant reported that someone entered his residence and stole a rifle from his gun cabinet sometime within the past week.

ASSAULT/A: 500 BLOCK OF MARTIN LUTHER KING. Complainant reported that her former boyfriend hit her and spit in her face during an argument Monday evening.

THEFT/FELONY: 400 BLOCK OF N TIMBERLAND. Complainant reported that he left his wallet at the register of a grocery store.  When he realized it, he had not even left the store and returned for it but the wallet had already been taken.

INCIDENT/INFORMATION: 2600 BLOCK OF MARTIN LUTHER KING. Complainant reported that a co-worker was doing "donuts" in the parking lot at work Saturday and threw rocks up at the complainant's pickup breaking two of the windows.

BURGLARY: 400 BLOCK OF DOGWOOD ST. Complainant reported that he awoke Monday morning to find that someone had broken out a window pane on his back door and reached in and unlocked one of the two locks on the door during the night.  Entry was not made into the house.

HARASSMENT: 400 BLOCK OF WINGED FOOT. Complainant reported an ongoing problem with silent hang up phone calls to his residence from an unknown source.

ASSAULT/A: 400 BLOCK OF DAVIS ST. Complainant reported that her husband grabbed her by the neck and hit her in the face early Monday morning.  Complainant had no visible injury.
