Nacogdoches Police Report - 9/30/08

THEFT: 900 BLOCK OF SE STALLINGS DRIVE. Victim reported a cell phone taken from his vehicle.

BURGLARY OF A VEHICLE: 4800 BLOCK OF NORTH STREET. Victim reported a cell phone taken from an unlocked vehicle while shopping.

ASSAULT: 1500 BLOCK OF PEARL. Two subjects agreed to fight and met in the 1500 block of pearl. One of the subjects suffered a scratch to the shoulder and the other a bite mark. Neither subject wanted to file charges.

THEFT: 3200 BLOCK OF SOUTH STREET. Complainant reported that an unknown suspect had removed a mirror from a vehicle.

TERRORISTIC THREAT-FAILED TO IDENTIFY-DISORDERLY CONDUCT: 3000 BLOCK OF NORTH PECAN. During a disturbance, David Davis allegedly threw a piece of firewood at another person. He was located and failed to identify himself and was arrested. Another suspect threatened to shoot a person that knocked on his door. Michael Murphy was arrested for terroristic threat.

CREDIT CARD ABUSE: 1200 BLOCK OF DOUGLASS ROAD. Complainant reported a checkbook stolen from back in June. The checks have now been passed.

CRIMINAL MISCHIEF: 5300 BLOCK OF NORTHWAY. Complainant reported that children had thrown rocks and broken several windows.

THEFT: 1100 BLOCK OF SE STALLINGS DRIVE. Complainant reported a money bag stolen from a business that contained an undetermined amount of cash.
