Nacogdoches Police Report - 10/3/08

CRIMINAL TRESPASS: 2800 BLOCK OF NORTH STREET. A known suspect that had been given trespass warning for the property was observed on the property. Warrant requested.

INTERFERENCE WITH 911 CALL: 5200 BLOCK OF NORTHWAY. Two individuals were involved in a disturbance. When one party attempted to call 911, the suspect kept taking the telephone away. Montrell Lee was arrested.

CREDIT CARD ABUSE: 400 BLOCK OF HOUSTON STREET. Complainant reported that a credit card was used in Port Arthur, Texas without permission.

ASSAULT: 2100 BLOCK OF FUSSELL. Complainant reported being physically assaulted during an argument by a known suspect. Warrant requested.

CRIMINAL MISCHIEF: 2800 BLOCK OF PEARL STREET. Unknown persons broke a window out of a parked vehicle.

ASSAULT: 100 BLOCK OF RUSK. Complainant reported that a known suspect had assaulted her during a fight. No serious injury; case referred to file in municipal court.

DWI-UNLAWFUL CARRYING OF A WEAPON: 4500 BLOCK OF APPLEBY SAND. Officer responded to an intoxicated driver call. The vehicle was stopped and the driver was suspected of being intoxicated. Officers also located a handgun in the vehicle. Darrell Kutschbach was arrested.

CRIMINAL MISCHIEF: 1500 BLOCK OF CREEKSIDE. Complainant reported that unknown suspect had kicked a vehicle door and dented it.

DWI: 1100 BLOCK OF NORTH UNIVERSITY. Officer stopped a vehicle on traffic and suspected the driver of being intoxicated. Eric Kauffman was arrested.
