Huge pumpkin patch open in Nacogdoches

NACOGDOCHES, TX (KTRE) - The Nacogdoches Christ Episcopal Church received a huge delivery Saturday morning of nearly 1800 pumpkins for their pumpkin patch.

The church's school does this every year and it's open to the public.

Church members and volunteers came out to help sort and organize the hundreds of gourds.

They encourage people to take pictures among the many pumpkins and buy one or a few to take home.

They have all sizes and are open seven days a week, Monday through Saturday.  Their hours are 10:00am to dark and on Sunday, noon until dark.

The pumpkin patch is open from now until Halloween.
