"LACES OUT" OLIVE TAPENADE yields 4 to 6 portions

6 oz piece of goat cheese
8.5 oz drained jar of pitted Kalamata Olives
1 clove minced garlic
juice of 1/2 lemon
1 tablespoon minced red onion
1 tablespoon Cholula® Hot Sauce
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
1 tablespoon drained capers
1/2 14 oz. can of quartered artichoke hearts
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
1. Place the Olive Tapenade ingredients into a food processor. Pulse until ingredients are chopped but not pureed.
2. Place cheese on center of serving plate. Place the Olive Tapenade around the cheese and place crackers around Tapenade. Enjoy.
