Nacogdoches Police Report - 10/17/08

CREDIT CARD ABUSE: 1500 BLOCK OF NORTH STREET. Complainant reported several charges on a credit card that were unauthorized.

BURGLARY OF A HABITATION: 1600 BLOCK OF CARDINAL. Complainant reported the theft of two bottles of prescription medication from an apartment.

ASSAULT: 300 BLOCK OF FERNDALE. Complainant reported that Demetrice Anderson stabbed him with an ink pen. The skin was not broken. The suspect was arrested.

FURNISHING ALCOHOL TO A MINOR: 800 BLOCK OF EAST MAIN STREET. While on routine patrol, officers located a minor at a party drinking an alcoholic beverage. The minor was issued a citation and Adam James Lippert was arrested for furnishing alcohol to a minor.

ASSAULT: 1100 BLOCK OF MLK. Complainant reported being struck by a known suspect during an argument. Warrant requested.

BURGLARY OF A HABITATION: 200 BLOCK OF EAST SPRADLEY. Complainant reported a big screen TV, a computer tower, and a DVD player stolen from a residence.

ASSAULT: 1800 BLOCK OF NORTH STREET. Complainant was struck in the face during an argument. Ronnie Eugene Bright was arrested.

UNAUTHORIZED USE OF A VEHICLE: 2600 BLOCK OF NORTH STREET. Complainant reported his 2006 Ford pickup missing from where it was parked.

DWLI: 2200 BLOCK OF PEARL STREET. David Kirk was detained on traffic charges. His DL was found to be revoked and he was arrested.

UNAUTHORIZED USE OF A VEHICLE: PILLAR STREET AT PECAN. Officers stopped a vehicle that was not registered or inspected. It was determined that the vehicle had been stolen from a car lot in Lufkin, Texas. Joshua Kelley was arrested.

TERRORISTIC THREAT: 3300 BLOCK OF OLD TYLER ROAD. A known suspect threatened to kill the complainant during a disturbance. Warrant requested.
