Nacogdoches Police Report - 10/20/08

BURGLARY OF A HABITATION: 1400 BLOCK OF MARTINSVILLE. Complainant found an apartment door open. A Dell computer and DVD movies had been taken.

ASSAULT: 2500 BLOCK OF DAYBREAK. Officers responded to a disturbance. Complainant reported being choked by a known suspect. Warrant requested.

ASSAULT: 500 BLOCK OF OAKHILL PLAZA. During a disturbance, a known suspect physically assaulted the complainant, causing a minor injury. Warrant requested.

BURGLARY OF A HABITATION: 1200 BLOCK OF DURST. Complainant reported some fishing poles and a television missing from a residence.

THEFT: 1000 BLOCK OF JACK LOCK. A chainsaw and a gas can were reported missing from the bed of a truck.

ASSAULT: 100 BLOCK OF NORTH STREET. Complainant reported being slapped by a known suspect. Warrant requested.

POSSESSION OF MARIJUANA: 600 BLOCK OF RITCHIE STREET. A juvenile suspect was contacted on a traffic stop. The suspect was found to be in possession of a small amount of suspected marijuana. Suspect was referred to juvenile probation department.

EVADING ARREST: 1300 BLOCK OF DOUGLASS ROAD. Officers observed a known wanted suspect. The suspect fled on foot and Craig Morris was captured after a foot chase.
