Nacogdoches Police Report - 10/24/08

CRIMINAL MISCHIEF: 600 BLOCK OF SHAWNEE. Complainant was driving on shawnee when an unknown suspect threw a stick and damaged his vehicle.

BURGLARY OF A VEHICLE: 200 BLOCK OF QUAIL RIDGE. A GPS, MP3 player and some cash was taken from an unsecured vehicle.

THEFT-CRIMINAL MISCHIEF: 200 BLOCK OF BOWIE. Several Xbox games, an Xbox, and some clothing was reported missing from a residence. Suspects also damaged a mailbox.

AGGRAVATED ASSAULT: 2200 BLOCK OF GOUND STREET. A known suspect threatened a person with a knife during a disturbance. The suspect was gone on arrival of officers.

THEFT: 4810 NORTH STREET (WAL MART). Suspect was observed taking a computer cable from a new computer and attempted to leave without paying. Jessie Wayne Beaumont was arrested.

ROBBERY: 1030 NORTH UNIVERSITY DRIVE (FRESH HARVEST). An unknown suspect attempted to steal meat from the store. A female employee attempted to stop the suspect and she was assaulted, injuring her arm. The suspect fled. Investigation underway.

CREDIT CARD ABUSE: 5100 BLOCK OF NORTH STREET. Complainant left a credit card several months ago in a store. There have now been numerous charges at various stores on the card.
