Angelina County (KTRE) - A two vehicle accident south of Huntington has sent three people to the hospital.
Investigators say the people hurt do not show any sign of critical injury. One witness told East Texas news the driver of a van traveling south, apparently fell asleep behind the wheel causing the van to veer into oncoming traffic. The van and a truck collided head on.
Two people in the truck and a passenger who had been asleep in the van when the accident occurred have been taken to a Lufkin hospital. The driver of the van was not hurt.
