LUFKIN, TX (KTRE) - An East Texas man charged with capital murder has been found not guilty by an Angelina County jury.
Wesley Tudor of Huntington was charged with the shooting death of Kurtis Glover of Zavalla. Glover was killed last year in a home, just outside of Huntington.
Tudor's attorney maintained throughout the trial that Tudor acted in self defense.
