Dudley's Crawfish Fetucini
|2 teaspoons of seasoning mix (See below)|
|1 stick of butter|
|1 cup chopped yellow onion|
|4 minced cloves garlic|
|1/2 cup chopped celery|
|1 pound crawfish tales (peeled)|
|1-10 ounce can of cream of mushroom soup|
|1-8 ounce carton of sour cream|
|8 ounces of Velveeta cheese|
|1-8 ounce package of fettuccini, boiled and drained|
|Grated parmesan cheese|
Melt butter in a large pot and saute' onions, celery and garlic for five minutes or until tender.
Add crawfish, soup, sour cream, Velveeta cheese and 2 teaspoons of the seasoning mix. Simmer until bubbly.
Add cooked noodles, mixing well. Pour the mixture into a 2 quart casserole dish. Top with grated parmesan cheese and bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees until heated through. (About 25 minutes)
