COPY-Nacogdoches Police Report - 1/14/08

CRIMINAL MISCHIEF: 3400 BLOCK OF EAST MAIN. Unknown persons caused damage to a building by unknown means.

BURGLARY OF A VEHICLE-CREDIT CARD ABUSE: 800 BLOCK OF EAST STARR. Complainant's vehicle was entered and a credit card was stolen. The card had since been used to make purchases.

ASSAULT: 500 BLOCK OF OAKHILL PLAZA. A known suspect assaulted a female victim, causing minor injury. A warrant has been requested.

THEFT: 2800 BLOCK OF NORTH STREET. A suspect removed property from boxes and placed empty boxes on the shelf. Investigation is underway.

THEFT: 4900 BLOCK OF NE STALLINGS DRIVE. A purse and a wallet were reported stolen from a room while it was unattended.

FOUND PROPERTY: 2800 BLOCK OF NORTH STREET. A cleaning crew located a baggie of suspected marijuana in a vacant apartment.

HARASSMENT: 200 BLOCK OF EAST LAKEWOOD. A suspect called and threatened complainant about an unpaid debt.

CREDIT CARD ABUSE: 3200 BLOCK OF NORTH UNIVERSITY DRIVE. Unknown persons used complainant's credit card without permission.

FAILURE TO IDENTIFY: 900 BLOCK OF EAST MAIN. Suspect gave a false name. He was identified and found to have warrants. Aaron Lynch was arrested.

BURGLARY OF A HABITATION: 1300 BLOCK OF SHAWNEE. Clothing was reported stolen from a residence after entry was forced to the building.

IDENTITY THEFT: 3400 BLOCK OF LIVE OAK. Complainant's identity was used to write a check at a local business without permission.

THEFT: 900 BLOCK OF WEST MAIN. Complainant left a wallet at a place of business. The wallet was returned, but several items were missing from it.
