
Ingredients:
4 Tomatoes diced ¼"
1 Onion diced ¼"
2 Jalapeño peppers diced ¼"
½ bunch of cilantro
2 tsp Lime juice
1 tbs Garlic powder
In a mixing bowl place all ingredients, mix well, and let refrigerate for 12 hours. (One note, if you have never diced jalapeño peppers be sure to wear gloves before doing so. Jalapeño juice is something you do not want to get anywhere on your body!)
Great on Tacos and salads, enjoy!
