Roasted olives - KTRE.com | Lufkin and Nacogdoches, Texas

Roasted olives

Serves 6
Prep time: 15 minutes

Ingredients:

2 cups assorted green and black olives
2 rosemary sprigs, cut in half
3 garlic cloves, chopped
1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
1/4 tsp. dried chili flakes
Salt, to taste

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees
  2. In a bowl, combine olives, rosemary, oil, chili flakes, salt and toss to coat.
  3. Place olives in 1 layer on baking sheet.
  4. Bake for 5-7 minutes or until olives are heated thoroughly
  5. Serve warm.
