Missouri's B & G chili

Prep Time and Total Time: Prep; 20 mins, Cook time 2 hrs

Ingredient List and Recipe Steps:

2 lbs lean ground beef
1/2 lg onion chopped
salt and pepper to taste
2 pkgs chili mix
3 to 4 cups water

Combine meat, water, onion, salt, pepper and boil meat till all red is gone, about 10 mins.
Add chili seasoning packages, simmer for one to two hours.
In the meantime cook one cup of pinto beans or use canned pinto beans(drained) to serve.
Place cooked beans (drained)  in bottom of bowl, add scoops of chili meat and juice.

Servings: Plenty for 4-6

Comments: easy, fast and fantastic; Add cheese if desired
