1 can refried beans
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 small can of echilada souce
2 cups (shred) cheddar cheese
1 small can of sliced black olives (optional)
Brown and drain the beef. Add back into pan and add the soup, and the enchilada sauce to keep warm.
Prepare the baking dish-Spray a 9 x 13 pan and put the refired beans all over the bottom. Put the beef/soup mixture all over the beans. Sprinkle the cheese all over that part. If you like black olives- - -sprinkle them over the top of the "stuff". Bake in a pre-heated 350 degree oven for about 30 to 45 minutes. Garnish with Sour cream and/or green onions. Goes well with tortilla chips and serve like nachos if desired. If there are any left-overs, it's even better the next day.

Comments: This is great to make on a rushed night! No complaints about dinner.
