WEBXTRA: Nacogdoches Community Improvement Program to host Black History Culture Expo

NACOGDOCHES, TX (KTRE) - The Community Improvement Program is hosting a Culture Expo on Feb. 23 featuring the art, history, and storytelling of Nacogdoches African-Americans.
